Time to Move was born in Panama in 2016, founded by Silvia Saavedra and her daughter, former Colombian National Team gymnast Vanessa Galindo 🇵🇦🇨🇴.

Inspired by their love for the sport, they created a different kind of space:

• Less negative pressure
• More humanity
• More passion ❤️

Over time, the club expanded to Colombia and then to the United States 🇺🇸.

The name “Time to Move” is an invitation:

• To move 🏃‍♀️
• To take action ✨
• To never give up 💪

To train gymnasts capable of:

• Representing the state of Utah 🏅
• Competing in high-level events ✨
• Reaching the National Team (for those who desire it) 🌎

Additionally, we aim to provide opportunities to all girls, regardless of their economic situation, because talent and discipline deserve to be developed 💖.
