About US
TIME TO MOVE

OUR STORY
Time to Move was born in Panama in 2016, founded by Silvia Saavedra and her daughter, former Colombian National Team gymnast Vanessa Galindo 🇵🇦🇨🇴.
Inspired by their love for the sport, they created a different kind of space:
- Less negative pressure
- More humanity
- More passion
Over time, the club expanded to Colombia and then to the United States 🇺🇸.
The name “Time to Move” is an invitation:
- To move
- To take action
- To never give up
OUR VISION
To train gymnasts capable of:
- Representing the state of Utah
- Competing in high-level events
- Reaching the National Team (for those who desire it)
Additionally, we aim to provide opportunities to all girls, regardless of their economic situation, because talent and discipline deserve to be developed.
